Payments

All orders must be paid in full before shipping, and we do not accept cash on delivery. Payments are processed securely through our website, currently via Xendit, with additional payment options to be added soon. Orders are only prepared and shipped once payment has been confirmed.

Refunds and Cancellations

As CHANCES offers thrifted and upcycled items, refunds and cancellations are generally not allowed. Please note that minor signs of wear may be present, and we encourage customers to review item descriptions and sizing carefully before making a purchase. Exceptions are only granted in special cases, such as when an item is damaged during shipping.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and only collect information necessary to process your order and provide customer support. CHANCES does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required for payment processing, shipping, or legal compliance. All payments are handled through secure gateways to ensure the protection of your information.

Scope

CHANCES is a Filipino-owned business, registered with the DTI and BIR. At present, we cater primarily to customers within Metro Manila. Special shipping arrangements outside of Metro Manila may be made upon request, subject to additional fees and coordination. We are continuously working toward expanding our coverage in the future.
