What is CHANCES?

CHANCES is a thrifting and upcycling platform that that aims to give pre-loved items a second life.

CHANCES aims to make it easy for people to buy and sell secondhand items by connecting thrift lovers, upcyclers, and anyone looking to give their things a new home. 

The name comes from a word we all know: chance. We usually think of it in terms of people or moments—but rarely in connection with the things we own. Here, we extend the idea to objects as well, giving them new possibilities and second lives in a world that’s rethinking the cost of unsustainable shopping.

What is the overall vision?

To promote sustainable shopping by having an online/offline platform for thrifting and upcycling that is accessible and affordable 

To make thrifting, upcycling, and other similar practices a norm, removing the stigma from it being low quality or cheap
